BETTER TOGETHER – APART!!
In light of the current pandemic, we have taken steps to make our campus a safer space to host meetings and events.
We continue to follow the latest guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England to help keep visitors and staff safe.
Our conferencing facilities support social distancing measures. We offer:
- spacious rooms, filled with natural light and windows to access fresh air
- live streaming options for delegates to attend remotely
- external doors to all conference rooms, giving access to the courtyard without corridors
- hand sanitising stations in all communal areas provided
- a calm, leafy environment on a private campus.
We have implemented steps to reduce the risk of bacteria spreading, through providing hand sanitizers and tissues upon arrival and throughout our campus.
We have a one-way system for visitors and signage which reinforces health messages in all offices and meeting rooms.
Our meeting rooms are large open spaces allowing people to move around freely with no corridors leading to rooms, which helps to minimize the risk of close contact.
The meeting rooms are cleaned thoroughly every morning and regularly during the day.
We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain the social distancing rules in all areas, including our public spaces in reception and the meeting rooms themselves. We keep these measures under regular review in line with the latest official guidance.
Coram welcomes visitors and we are committed to doing our utmost to keep you and the entire Coram community safe, by minimising the risk of COVID-19 infection in every way we can.
